The Barth Model 4002 TLP systems have been testing ESD protection devices for over five years now. We welcome your devices for free testing at our facility in Boulder City, Nevada. Perhaps you have seen the 4002 TLP system making actual tests on devices at a show. We always provide you the opportunity to bring an IC for free testing during exhibits at our booth.
When your parts are tested, you will receive a plot of the IC’s electrical characteristics, HBM damage level and leakage current evolution. Take advantage of these opportunities to see how the 4002 TLP system can provide ESD insight to your devices.
